Welcome to Linksdy. By accessing or using the Linksdy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Overview

Linksdy is an online marketplace that connects website owners ("Sellers") who offer backlink placements with individuals and businesses ("Buyers") seeking to publish content or acquire links on those websites. Linksdy acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to agreements between Buyers and Sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Linksdy. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
  • You may not create accounts for fraudulent purposes or impersonate others.
  • Linksdy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Seller Terms

4.1 Listings

Sellers may list websites for backlink placements. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

  • You own or have full authority to monetize the website.
  • The website metrics (DR, DA, traffic) provided are accurate and up to date.
  • The website does not violate any applicable laws or Linksdy's content policies.

4.2 Order Fulfillment

Once you accept an order, you agree to publish the content or link within your stated turnaround time (TAT). Failure to deliver may result in automatic order rejection, a refund to the buyer, and may affect your listing status on the platform.

4.3 Earnings and Withdrawals

Earnings are credited to your seller balance upon buyer approval of delivery. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum balance and processing time as detailed in your dashboard. Linksdy reserves the right to withhold funds pending dispute resolution.

5. Buyer Terms

5.1 Orders

By placing an order, you agree that the content and URLs you submit comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe any third-party rights. You accept full responsibility for the content submitted for publication.

5.2 Payments

All payments are processed securely via Creem. By completing a payment, you authorize Linksdy to charge the stated amount. Prices are listed in USD.

5.3 Delivery Approval

Once a seller delivers an order, you have a reasonable period to review and approve or reject the delivery. If you do not act within the specified window, the delivery may be auto-approved. Approval releases funds to the seller and finalizes the transaction.

6. Refunds and Disputes

  • Undelivered orders: If a seller fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Unsatisfactory delivery: If the delivery does not match the agreed specifications, you may reject it and request a revision or refund.
  • Completed orders: Once a delivery is approved and funds released, refunds are generally not available unless fraud is demonstrated.
  • Disputes should be raised by contacting support@linksdy.com. Linksdy's decision in disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Linksdy:

  • Content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates third-party rights
  • Pornographic, adult-only, or gambling content (unless the listing explicitly permits it and it is lawful)
  • Malware, phishing, or deceptive content
  • Links to websites involved in spam, black-hat SEO schemes, or link farms
  • Fake or manipulated website metrics
  • Circumventing the platform to transact directly and avoid fees
  • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or exploit promotions

8. Platform Fees

Linksdy charges a service fee on completed transactions. The applicable fee rate is displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated with prior notice. By completing a transaction, you agree to the applicable fee structure.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting content to Linksdy (including listing descriptions or order content), you grant Linksdy a limited, non-exclusive license to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You retain ownership of all content you create.

The Linksdy name, logo, and platform design are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linksdy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of rankings, revenue, or data. Linksdy's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Linksdy in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimers

Linksdy provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO results from backlinks purchased through the platform. Rankings and traffic are affected by many factors outside our control.

12. Termination

Linksdy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or act in a manner harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Linksdy operates, as determined by Linksdy.
